In order to manage our events and guestlists, we use the Eventbrite app (Eventbrite, Inc, Delaware, 155 5th Street, Floor 7, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA). In case you pay for your ticket online, all payment data is only obtained by Eventbrite Inc and not shared with us.
We use Eventbrite’s services to fulfill our contracts pursuant to Art 6 (1) (b) of GDPR. Please see their Privacy Policy for further legal information.
Dropbox
To store photos we use Dropbox (Dropbox International Unlimited Company, One Park Place, Floor 5, Upper Hatch Street, Dublin 2, Ireland). Only our staff and volunteers with a password have access to these photos. They are not accessible for the general public or parties who have not signed a Data Processing Contract with us. SumUp
We use SumUp devices to receive payments (SumUp Payments Limited, 32 - 34 Great Marlborough St, W1F 7JB, London, UK). For the payment your bank details are obtained by SumUp. They are not, however, shared with us. For all further legal information please reference the SumUp Privacy Policy.
